The table below shows the complex relationship between the displays refresh rate and possible smooth playback speeds. The colored cells mark the ideal playback speeds for Film, PAL and NTSC.

Hz = Hertz

fm = field mode, which means the playback speed when AnimPlayers field simulation mode is active.
